1. Overview
This page explains how to request the permanent deletion of your personal data held by KML Studio. This applies to data collected through our WhatsApp Business automation services, our website, or any other interaction with our platform.
KML Studio is committed to respecting your right to data erasure under the GDPR (Art. 17 — Right to Erasure), the Brazilian LGPD, and other applicable data protection regulations. All deletion requests are reviewed and fully processed within 30 calendar days.
This page is published in compliance with Meta's App Review requirements for WhatsApp Business API Solution Providers and Facebook App submissions. If you connected a Facebook Login or WhatsApp Business integration to KML Studio's platform, you can use this page to request the removal of all associated data.
2. Data We Store
Depending on how you have interacted with our platform, we may hold the following categories of personal data:
- WhatsApp conversation history — Messages, media references, and metadata from WhatsApp Business API sessions
- Contact information — Name, phone number, and email address associated with your account or WhatsApp conversations
- Account configuration — Business profile settings, automation flow configurations, and integration credentials
- Usage logs — Technical access logs, message delivery timestamps, and system activity records
- Communication history — Support tickets and correspondence with KML Studio
3. How to Request Deletion
You have two ways to submit a data deletion request. Both methods carry equal weight and will be processed with the same priority.
Method A — Online Form
Complete the form below. We will process your request and send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
Method B — Direct Email
Send an email directly to our privacy team:

Please include your full name, phone number associated with your account, and a description of what data you want deleted.
4. What Gets Deleted
Upon verification and completion of a valid deletion request, we will permanently and irreversibly remove the following from all our systems:
- All WhatsApp conversation history and message content linked to your number
- Your personal contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Account profile and configuration data
- Automation flow data and preferences associated with your account
- System logs and usage records linked to your account identifier
- Any other personal data we can identify as belonging to you
Deletion is permanent. Deleted data cannot be recovered after processing is complete. If you are a business client, please ensure you have exported any data you wish to retain before submitting your request.
5. Data That Cannot Be Deleted
In limited circumstances, we are legally required or operationally obligated to retain certain information even after a deletion request:
- Legal compliance records: Financial records, invoices, and tax documentation required to be retained under applicable law (typically 5–7 years, depending on jurisdiction)
- Active dispute or fraud investigation data: Data relevant to a pending legal claim, dispute, or ongoing fraud investigation cannot be deleted until the matter is fully resolved
- Fully anonymized aggregate data: Statistical information that has been permanently de-identified and cannot in any way be linked back to an individual will not be deleted, as it no longer constitutes personal data
Where we retain data under one of these exceptions, we will notify you in our confirmation email and specify the basis for retention.
6. Processing Timeline
We confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
We may contact you to verify your identity within 3–5 business days to ensure we delete the correct data
We identify all data associated with your request and permanently delete it across all systems
You receive an email confirming deletion is complete, including the date and a reference number
The entire process takes a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of your request.
7. Confirmation
Once your data has been fully deleted from all our systems, we will send an email confirmation to the address you provided. This confirmation will include:
- A statement confirming the deletion was completed
- The exact date deletion was performed
- A unique reference number for your records
- Any exceptions where data was retained under a legal basis, with the reason specified
We recommend saving this confirmation email for your records.
